LINX CEO, Kurtis Lindqvist, announced the launch of the 2022 survey in a new video. He explains why LINX has a membership survey, why it’s important, and how member feedback is used to help shape LINX strategy.
Kurtis says: “The member survey is the membership’s chance to have a say on how its Internet exchange operates, and how it should develop and grow in the future. We really value this feedback so we encourage all members to complete the survey, so we can better deliver the interconnection services members need.”

We accept one response from each membership. The first response from each membership will be recognised, however, all entrants to the competition will be included. It’s important for us to understand how members feel LINX is performing in all aspects of our work, and where you think there is room for improvement. We can then consider your response to help model future plans and developments.
Once collated, the anonymous results of this survey will be analysed and presented at the LINX117 member meeting on the 23rd and 24th November 2022.
