Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Memorandums
- The relationship between LINX and its members is governed by a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU is not negotiable and is signed in its current version by all new members. Potential members are welcome to suggest changes, but these would need to be ratified by LINX members or staff as appropriate.
- From time to time, the MoU is updated – always after a resolution to make the changes is voted on at a LINX AGM or EGM. Any changes are then binding on LINX and its Members.Read More

It is an official UK document and is registered at Companies House. LINX can make changes, but any changes must be by Members’ resolution and must achieve a 75% majority of those Members who vote.Read More
