Document Changes

The supporting document LINX member governance consultation introduces and explains a number of changes that the LINX Board is proposing to the Memorandum and Articles of Association (M&A).At this stage, it is for consultation with members, with the intention that the M&A change proposals (as modified in accordance with consultation feedback) will be presented for approval at the LINX96 general meeting, to be held in February 2017. This consultation document will be reviewed at the LINX95 member conference to be held in November 2016.

The document was prepared for and reviewed in detail by the Board governance committee, and has been approved for issue to the membership by the Board.
