Virtual Event Sponsorship
Uniting Networks. Igniting the Internet.Over the course of the pandemic LINX have, where possible, moved our events online, including free online technical training webinars with SNT, industry panel sessions and the Distinguished Speaker series. We have had a great response to all our events with over 2000 people registered and 1500+ attended live from over 70 different countries. Sponsoring a virtual event is a great way of reaching LINX Members and people within the industry.
Virtual Event Sponsorship Option 1 – Webinar Sponsor
Amount: £750 per Webinar
LINX chooses and provides the content. This could be a distinguished speaker or a training session. LINX will host the webinar on zoom
Event sponsor entitles sponsors to the following benefits:
- Logo displayed on the virtual event registration
- Name of the organisation on the LINX virtual event calendar
- Recognition of sponsorship at start and/or end of virtual event – thank you by host
- Logo displayed on virtual event signage at the start and end of the webinar
- Sponsorship recognised on social media with posts pre, during & post virtual event)
- Recognition of sponsorship in pre and post event communications
- Virtual event included in the LINX Monthly newsletter
- Virtual event to be included on our monthly email to LINX Membership
- Attendees will be offered the option to share their data with the sponsor
Virtual Event Sponsorship Option 2 – Content Sponsor
Amount: £500 per webinar
Sponsor provides the content that is approved by LINX and hosted by LINX on zoom
Event content sponsorship entitles sponsors to the following benefits:
- Logo displayed on the virtual event registration
- Name of the organisation on the LINX virtual event calendar
- Recognition of sponsorship at start and/or end of virtual event – thank you by host
- Presenter can used branded presentations and co-branded backgrounds (LINX to provide backgrounds)
- Sponsorship recognised on social media with posts pre, during & post virtual event)
- Virtual event included in the LINX Monthly newsletter
- Virtual event to be included on our monthly email to LINX Membership
